Refund and Returns Policy
1.Deposit & Payment (Commissions)
A 50% deposit is required before the painting process begins. This deposit covers the purchase of materials and is non-refundable upon cancellation. The estimated completion time is 1–3 months, depending on size, detail, and current workload. Rush orders will attract an additional fee.
2.Image Quality
Please provide a high-resolution reference image. The level of detail in your artwork depends on the quality of the image provided.
3.Artwork Pricing Factors
- Size: Larger sizes require more materials and time.
- Medium: Acrylic paintings generally cost more than prints and digital illustrations due to material costs and perceived value.
- Subjects & concept: Each additional element significantly increases complexity and time.
- Detail: Intricate details (clothing, jewelry, backgrounds) may increase price and/or estimated completion time (this applies specifically on comissioned Artworks).
- Framing & Finishing: Digital study artworks and Prints are delivered unframed. Framing can be offered as an add-on service at an extra cost. Email [email protected] for further assistance on this service.
4.Delivery
Studio Pickup can be arranged at no extra cost. Shipping is fulfilled by DHL Courier and is billed separately based on your region.
5.Copyright & Usage
The artist retains copyright of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund.

Eligibility for Refund.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, i will provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately and i’ll send the correct item and cover return shipping.
Change of Mind.
If you change your mind, I offer a partial refund minus shipping costs. Please email me for approval and arrangements for return shipping.
Refund Process.
Notify Me: Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery Return Shipping: I will cover shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping.
Inspection: I check returned items to confirm they’re in original condition and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Items must be in original packaging. Returns must start within 7 days of delivery. Custom commissions items are non-refundable, unless if delivered defective (in this case a replacement or partial refund will be discussed).
Shipping returns.
To return your purchased Artwork, you should Email me for further guidance on the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged Artwork to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
